Passport: Old visas if any.Photocopy of the entire passport (All pages including cover and all blank pages) with at least 6 months validity. The main and last page of the Passport to be Notarized.
Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .
Coloured Photograph: 3 Passport size colour photo (35x45 mm) with white background.Neutral facial expression, without glasses and all facial features visible
Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory..The letter must be signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish
Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number , Purpose of visit , period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by.
Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Proof of occupation.Should have balance of INR 50000.Income Tax Return (ITR) form or Form 16

Cover Letter: Stating the name, passport number of applicant as well as purpose and duration of visit. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signature’s name, designation and signature.
Travel Bookings: confirmed Etickets
Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
Financial Document: Minimum available balance should be 125000..Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 3 years
If Sponsored: Sponsor visa status and id copy.Proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation (Sponsor letter should be attested by the Notary).
Other Mandatory Documents : Medical Certificate.Proof of Family relationship / Marriage Certificate.Occupation ,Email id, and Mobile number.

For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
Invitation Letter: On the letterhead of the inviting company with full name , email id , Contact number and should give the clear indication of purpose of visit, the applicants identity (e.g. name and surname, passport number) and the dates of the intended stay.
Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros
Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 2 years
If Employed: Appointment letter or Contract.Salary Slips of last 3 months.
If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Required Company Gst certificate or Incorporation certificate.
Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)

Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signature’s name, designation and signature..If an employee has recently joined the current organisation then additionally the explanation towards the new employment should be mentioned in the Self cover Letter.
Invitation Letter: With full details of the inviter: full name, address, Email-ID and telephone number. Original or copy, signed & stamped, mentioning the invitee details, the dates and purpose of the trip with detailed schedule of the business meetings or trainings (day to day schedule).
Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
