| Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper..Applicant also needs to mention that he/she will follow the quarantine rules. |
| Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number , Purpose of visit , period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by. |
| Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return |
| Invitee Documents : Incorporation certificate copy of inviting company |
| Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number) |
| Other Mandatory Documents : Negative COVID Test report within 72 hours of submission.Chamber of Commerce letter accompanied by the company’s registration certificate (Original).Confirmed hotel booking for quarantine period of 14 days from Sokha hotel |
