It should contain complete details of the Indian Company as well as the Brazilian Company. |
| Invitation Letter: Original Invitation letter should be duly notarized from the Brazilian Notary.On the letterhead of the inviting company with full name , email id , Contact number and should give the clear indication of purpose of visit, the applicants identity (e.g. name and surname, passport number) and the dates of the intended stay. |
| Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary |
| Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay. |
| Financial Document: Income tax return for last 1 year .last one month bank statement |
| If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months. |
