Mandatory Documents

Passport: Original Passport with 1 blank page and valid for minimum six months at time of travel

Visa Application Form: To be filled by blue pen only.should not be printed back to back.Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 2 recent photographs ( 4 x 4 cm) front facing and white background

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory..The letter must be signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp.The company must be registered in the RENURE (Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes Extranjeros). The invitation letter must follow the guildelines stipulated in the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation

Travel Insurance: Valid insurance covering covid -19.Should be valid for travel

Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years.Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign

Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)

Other Mandatory Documents : Chamber of Commerce letter accompanied by the company’s registration certificate (Original).Aadhar Card Copy
