| Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory. |
| Invitation Letter: Clear Invitation letter from the invitee company addressed to the Embassy of Angola in Portuguese language with stamp, email id & contact details of the company. Address of stay should be mentioned in the invitation letter. |
| Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return |
| Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay. |
| Travel Insurance: Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros |
| Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 1 year |
| If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months..Salary account statement for last 3 months |
| If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company |
