Mandatory Documents

Passport: Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Visa Application Form: duly filled visa application form

Coloured Photograph: Two recent photos (35×45 mm) with white background and matte finish with 80% of Face coverage

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number , Purpose of visit , period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by.

Chamber of Commerce Letter: Company’s Registration and Chamber’s letter

Vaccination Certificate: Copy of oral polio vaccination..Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)

Others: 1. Approval from the (Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Afghanistan). 2. Cover letter and Invitation letter should be addressed to Embassy of The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan)
